Returns & Exchanges

At Bonnie Studios, we want you to be completely in love with your new fashion finds. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
